What's in the Libraries?

The libraries are a fantastic resource for supporting you at home, on holiday, and at work. Accessible via computer, tablet/iPad, or smartphone, you can enjoy them anytime, anywhere.


The libraries feature a variety of yoga practices, from full classes to short sessions tailored to specific needs, ranging from 5 to 90 minutes. You’ll find postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation, including Yoga Nidra.


I regularly update the libraries and create custom practices based on user requests. While there is a useful video demonstration section, most recordings are audio, allowing you to focus on your practice without screen distractions. With over 24 years of teaching experience, my instructions are clear, precise, and invitational.


Accessing the Libraries:

  • Library Membership: For those who don't need live online classes this membership includes all libraries and a 1:1 online or telephone guidance session on using the library for home practice.

  • Premium Membership: Includes all libraries and live online classes.

  • Meditation Membership: Includes the Meditation Library and live meditation online classes.

  • Gentle, Self-Pacing Membership: Includes the Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Slow and Gentle Self Pacing Library and 3 live online meditation, yoga and yoga nidra classes.
